SNEAK PEEK: Leighton Meester’s Reebok Ad Revealed!

A Gossip Girl star on top of the world in her new Reebok ad campaign. Leighton Meester has partnered with the sportswear company for a new footwear line that will feature fashion forward styles in bold colors and sporty silhouettes for the urban girl–and who better to showcase this new line than the ultimate city girl? In the ads, Leighton will be showing off the new retro Top Down sneaker, part of Reebok’s Fly Generation collection. The Top Down, $60, will be available at all Lady Foot Locker Locations. Leighton will be in all in-store signage and print ads for the company starting this spring.

Nicole Richie’s Next Project: Shoe Designer

Soon you’ll be able to channel style icon Nicole Richie from head to toe — at least as far as accessories are concerned. Following the success of her line of headbands and jewelry, the star has just inked a deal to design footwear, WWD reports. Partnering with the manufacturers who produce Modern Vintage shoes and Earnest Sewn jeans, Richie will add a line of around 20 shoe styles to her House of Harlow 1960 label for spring of 2010, as well as bags, belts and small accessories. And according to business partner Rick Cytrynbaum, Richie will have creative control at every level of the design process. “Nicole is designing everything herself,” he says. “She’s totally devoted to this, and we’re creating a whole lifestyle around her aesthetic and what is true to her.”

'Gossip Girl'- Inspired Styles Come to Target Stores

The New York City high school socialites of "Gossip Girl" have inspired one famous designer to create a collection for Target. Under the store's Designer Collaboration series, Anna Sui has decided to take the styles of Blair, Serena, Jenny and Vanessa and make them attainable to everyone, Women's Wear Daily reports. "When I was in Asia last year, all the young girls kept asking me about the different locations in New York City where the characters from 'Gossip Girl' live," Sui told WWD. The line is reportedly set to hit 250 select Target stores on September 13 and run through October 17.

Chace Crawford Tops Rob Pattinson for "Hottest Bachelor" Mantle

Carrie Underwood was clearly not on the voting panel. Neither, no doubt, was any member of the Twilight nation. Gossip guy Chace Crawford was named People's Hottest Bachelor in the magazine's latest of its unending tributes to eye candy, beating out the likes of Chris Pine, Shia LaBeouf, Adam Lambert and—horror of horrors—Robert Pattinson for the top spot. What the list lacks in A-listers (it's not nearly as loaded with established star power as the mag's Most Beautiful or Sexiest Man Alive roll calls), it more than makes up for in controversy. Among those bachelors whose hotness was deemed less incendiary than Crawford: Pattz's Twilight costar Kellan Lutz along with 90210 bromancer Ryan Eggold, Dwayne Johnson, reality stalwart Brody Jenner, Common and Taylor Kitsch. In the issue, the 23-year-old Footloose-starring coverboy (who was actually deemed "Summer's Hottest Bachelor"—guess this means People's crack evaluators are already at work on that fall issue) waxes on about life as a heartthrob. He dishes on such important matters as his first kiss, his ideal date, his gay rumors and his famous ex. "I have nothing bad to say about that experience," he says of his relationship with Underwood. "It was awesome. I just didn't know how to deal with it." Or, more accurately, end it. "I learned a ton about dating someone in that kind of spotlight. It was such a whirlwind, but no regrets." As for his other rumored hookup, Gossip Girl costar Ed Westwick, he says the pair laughed off theories of a romantic entanglement. "You know what we really did the first time we heard it? Ed goes, 'Oh, did you hear that rumor about us being gay?' I was like, 'Yeah, man.' He starts laughing and we're kind of like, 'OK, you want to go play pool and have a beer.' " Crawford, who for the record first puckered up in fifth grade and thinks dating married women is "a definite no," says that while he is available, he doesn't exactly feel eager to jump into a romance. "I'm not not looking for a girlfriend—but I'm not particularly looking for a girlfriend, either. I'm not knocking having a relationship; at the end of the day, you want to share with someone. But I just look at it as: I have the rest of my life to do that. I'm not in any rush." Not unless someone can come by with a "pool table, beer, an electric jukebox and good conversation," elements he says comprise the perfect date. And interested ladies may want to brush up on their beer pong skills before approaching the actor. "The day a girl beats me in a game of Beirut is a good sign!" Also getting shout-outs in the latest issue are Bradley Cooper, Zac Efron, Prince Harry, Rafael Nadel and Scrubs BFFs Zach Braff and Donald Faison.

SNEAK PEEK: Madonna’s Fall/Winter Louis Vuitton Ads

From a chic Parisian cafe to a dimly lit New York studio, fashion’s dream team has produced the latest Louis Vuitton ads featuring Madonna. The star, along with designer Marc Jacobs and legendary photographer Steven Meisel, joined forces a second time to create Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2009 ad campaign. From the collection’s rich, dark fall colors to the portrait-like feel of each picture, the new ads take a different direction than the previous season. "While the two campaigns look very different, there is also a unity about them," explains Marc Jacobs in the press release. "So it now feels like we have completed both parts of the story." Meant to evoke the golden age of Hollywood, the moody ads even have Madonna showing off the infamous bunny ears she first wore to the Met Gala back in May.

New Fragrance Alert: My Glow by Jennifer Lopez

She already ranks as one of the world’s most successful perfumers, and this October Jennifer Lopez will launch another follow-up to her fragrance Glow, with Coty. My Glow by Jennifer Lopez will take an ultra-feminine approach, with floral notes including lavender, water lily, white rose peony and heliotrope. And the mom to 16-month-old twins Emme and Max found inspiration for the new scent close to home. The dual-sided cap is embossed with a baby boy and girl that mirror soaps in Jennifer’s nursery, and the box reflects her baby shower invitations. Eaux de toilettes will start at $49 for a 50 ml. bottle and the collection will also feature a body lotion for $30.

Katie and her stylist Jeanne Yang will gear the collection toward women and children and will be "full of classic flare," according to Women's Wear Daily. The mag says they will call the line Holmes & Yang. Earlier this year, the actress was the face of a new Miu Miu fashion ad campaign. Chace Crawford Calls Himself "Hot Boy"

Unlike, super-modest Robert Pattinson [1], Chace Crawford won't claim that he's an unattractive young man. Before he landed film and TV work, the Gossip Girl star famously supported himself as a corny catalog model in Dallas. "I hated modeling," he tells Women's Wear Daily. Today, Crawford, 24, tags himself a "hot boy," and acknowledges that much of his current success has to do with his matinee-idol looks. "I'm not ignorant to the fact that part of the reason why [Gossip Girl]'s popular and part of the reason [why] people want to see it is to be like, 'Oh, novelty boy! Hot boy! Pretty boy'’" he tells WWD. But he doesn't mind: "That's all fine and good," he says. "It is what it is." Crawford hopes to parlay his TV stardom into big-league film gigs. He says that he'd like to model his career after other former "novelty boys" Brad Pitt [2], Leonardo Dicaprio [3], Tom Cruise [4] and Paul Newman. For now, though, he's attached to cut loose in the lead role of a remake of the 1980s classic Footloose. Angelina Jolie Replaced in Ad Campaign

Angelina Jolie [1] is being replaced by a fashion model. After a three-year campaign as the face of luxury knitwear giant St. John, the company has announced that they're replacing the actress because Jolie's fame has "overshadowed the brand." CEO Glenn McMahon explained to Women's Wear Daily that the move wasn't personal, saying "We wanted to make a clean break from actresses and steer away from blondes and cleanse the palette." "We needed to show a modern point of view of St. John," McMahon continued, "We have evolved."However, Jolie's replacement isn't just any model. It's British supermodel Karen Elson whose claims to fame include her flame-red hair and allowing fashion photographer Steven Meisel to convince her to shave off her eyebrows for a photo shoot. But, curiously, Elson--like Jolie [2]--is probably most famous for her personal life. In 2005, she married rocker Jack White [3] after knowing him for just a month. The two wed in a ceremony conducted by a shaman in a canoe on the Amazon river. The couple has two children, Scarlett, who was born in 2006, and Henry, born in 2007. They met when Elson starred in The White Stripes' video for the song "Blue Orchid." Julia Roberts Surprises Fans in Paris

Awards season is in full swing, but recent Golden Globes presenter Julia Roberts [1] just escaped Los Angeles for a visit to Paris with hubby Danny Moder. The two arrived in the City of Light via private plane, and were spotted strolling around the city and lunching at Café de Flore in the St. Germain district before crossing the river for some shopping at the Palais Royale. Though she sported sunglasses, fans started recognizing the actress as she popped into some boutiques – and one even shouted "Pretty Woman is here," while calling her friend on the phone. Lauren Hutton to Guest Judge Project Runway

Following Nicole Richie’s lead, actress and model Lauren Hutton will join Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia and Michael Kors on the judges’ panel for week 2 of the new season of Project Runway. “We were so lucky to have Lauren Hutton as a guest judge,” says Executive Producer Jane Cha. “She was knowledgeable, feisty and is obviously an icon of the modeling and fashion industry in general. She was also very generous in speaking to our Models of the Runway cast, who all were extremely appreciative of Lauren’s advice!” In this week’s episode, the designers leave New York City — and Mood Fabrics — behind, heading to a farm in the country, where they’ll have to make it work with an unusual fabric — a potato sack. “This is a great challenge!” a show source tells PEOPLE. “You will not believe what the garments look like on the runway.”

Drew Barrymore Debuts New, Longer 'Do!

Drew Barrymore [1] sported much longer locks while shopping with beau Justin Long in Los Angeles Friday afternoon. The actress, 34, had hair extensions put in last Monday, UsMagazine.com has confirmed. Barrymore is a fan of frequent strand switch-ups. Last fall, she debuted a short blonde bob with black tips at the premiere of Whip It. She's also donned red and brunette styles over the years. Barrymore told the October issue of InStyle that she likes to change her look to dodge attention. "I love my life. I really do. But there are moments I battle with it. Some days I want nothing more than a brilliant mask so I could look like someone else and go wander the streets and be free," she said. "I'm very peeved Halloween only comes once a year." Emma Roberts Goes Blond, Says "Guys Check Me Out More"

Emma Roberts, 18, debuted blond hair at the Friday premiere of her drama, Twelve -- and she tells UsMagazine.com she's garnering a lot of attention from guys. "I had a really good time being brunette, but being blond... I've had an equally good time. Guys check me out more, which is weird," she told Us. "When I had brown hair, girls would tell me I was pretty all the time, and then with blonde hair, guys tell me I'm pretty a lot. So I really don't know what that means." Roberts prefers the new 'do, inspired by her role in drama It's Kind of a Funny Story (costarring Zach Galifianakis; out in November 2010). "I wanted to change it up... I feel happier as a blond," said the actress, who donned Miu Miu to the premiere. "I feel quite peppy lately." She says she'll keep the look for awhile.

Anne Hathaway: I'm Not Very Pretty

Anne Hathaway looks as unequivocally gorgeous and radiant as ever on the March cover of InStyle—though she’s probably the only person out there who doesn’t see it: “I think I’ve got really weird features. I have very large features on a very small head,” she tells the magazine. “But, you know, I’m not going to beat myself up. It’s my face. I’m not very pretty. But that’s OK because I do know that I look like myself, and I think at the end of the day, as nice as pretty is, authenticity is more important.” The self-effacing actress continues: “If I don’t work out at all, I have too much curve and no tone—which is not OK. It’s about finding balance.” Hathaway strives for equilibrium in the way she dresses too, with her tomboy-by-day, glamazon-by-night approach: “In the evening it would never occur to me to go out in motorcycle boots like this,” she says, referring to the black Burberry pair she wore to her interview. “I love going out in high heels and dressing up and glamming it up, and having there be a distinction between what happened throughout the day and the evening.” As to where she finds style inspiration, the 27 year-old, who calls out Marc Jacobs as one of her “all-time favorite designers,” has a long list of Hollywood peers who demonstrate “innovation and originality,” including Tilda Swinton, Gwen Stefani, Lady Gaga, Selma Blair, and Natalie Portman, and says: “I like people who are true to themselves.”

Tina Fey: ‘I don’t weigh myself’

“30 Rock” star and Vogue’s new cover model Tina Fey says she doesn’t obsess about her figure — explaining that she lets the fit of her clothes decide if she’s gained weight. “I don’t weigh myself. I just go by if my clothes fit,” the writer/actress told Vogue in its March issue. “I try not to participate too much in the incredible amount of wasted energy that women have around dealing with food.” Fey says that being in front of the camera has been a good motivator to stay fit. “I just feel like being healthy is sort of a job requirement to be on TV, and being a writer is so much coping with fatigue and stress, and you just eat. You eat to stay awake,” she continued. Before appearing on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” Fey said she lost 30 pounds. “I’ve never gone back up,” she told the mag. “Well … I have had a baby. I gained 35 pounds … and had a 5-pound baby.” She explained that she sees both the pros and cons of the fashion industry. “People will say, ‘Oh, fashion magazines are so bad, they’re giving girls a negative message’ — but we’re also the fattest country in the world, so it’s not like we’re all looking at fashion magazines and not eating. Maybe it just starts a shame cycle: I’m never going to look like that model, so … Chicken McNuggets it is!” she said. “And conversely, I don’t look at models who are crazy skinny and think I want to look like that, because a lot of them are gigantic, with giant hands and feet … the women I grew up around were curvy … there wasn’t this value on skinny, skinny, skinny. Curvy was clearly meant to be the winner. I go up and down a few pounds with a relative amount of kindness to myself. And I have a daughter, and I don’t want her to waste her time on all of that.” Fey said she hopes she’s someone in Hollywood that the everyday woman can relate to. “I feel like I represent normalcy in some way. What are your choices today in entertainment? People either represent youth, power, or sexuality. And then there’s me, carrying normalcy,” she said. “Me and Rachael Ray."
