Confrontation
Lindsay Lohan Slams Speculation About Her Personal Life
Lindsay Lohan has a message for her critics: Back off. The much-scrutinized
star, 22, is speaking out about her sobriety and her relationship with
girlfriend Samantha Ronson, among other things. "They need to stop saying
we're fighting," Lohan tells E! News regarding reports about her romance with
the 31-year-old deejay. "People telling lies about me to her and all this
garbage. I'm really a good person and I have a good heart and just want to
work," says Lohan. "The only reason I go to clubs is to hear Samantha spin or
be normal." The actress, who briefly had an arrest warrant issued for her,
also urges people not to believe everything they read. "I don't drink, I
don't do drugs and I don't lie," she said. "I love to act and write and be
creative, and I want to help people by playing characters that can send a
positive message out to whomever may need it." The actress, who recently
dished about wanting to work with Seth Rogen, says she is trying to tune out
all the chatter about her personal life and focus on her career. "I move
forward and I change. Life's too short not to. If people would just leave my
personal life alone – because it's really not that interesting – then I
could land a great role. But all the sicko fans and the noise is so
distracting." And the star still has many goals she wants to accomplish. "I'd
like to have my own charity, do work overseas, be in Oscar-nominated films,
write movies, produce movies/shows/videos, design cloths, make music, write
books," she says. "It's all possible if people would just stop judging me and
accusing me and making me out to be this aloof, spoiled, ungrateful and
unprofessional person that I am not and could never be."
Linda Hogan Continues War of Words Against Hulk
Linda Hogan continues to retaliate against controversial comments made by her
estranged husband Hulk Hogan in a Rolling Stone interview. In a press
statement released by her rep Gary Smith, Linda says: "Hulk thinks he can do
whatever he wants, to whomever he wants, whenever he wants. He is your
classic narcissist who demands total control and will go to any extent
necessary to get it. His violent and scary mood swings have been my nightmare
for too many years. I hope for the sake of our kids that he gets the
psychological help for himself and the safety of others." In the Rolling
Stone interview that triggered the controversy, Hulk said, "I could've turned
everything into a crime scene, like O.J. (Simpson), cutting everybody's
throat. You see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, sleeping in your
bed, with your wife. I mean, I totally understand O.J." On Wednesday, a rep
for Hogan made a follow-up statement to ET regarding the article: "Hulk in no
way condones the O.J. situation. As part of a larger conversation, he
referred to it to exemplify his frustration with his own situation." In
Linda's latest statement, Smith says: "For those who buy his claim the
comment was taken out of context, read the rest of Rolling Stone and
determine for yourself if his suicidal tendencies coupled with the use of
drugs and alcohol make him a danger. His actions in the past years have been
very disturbing. Linda wants all of this to be over so she can move on with
her life."
Hulk Hogan's Daughter Comes to his Defense
In response to the fallout stemming from controversial comments made in a
recent magazine interview by Hulk Hogan, his daughter Brooke Hogan is
sounding off in defense of her famous father. It's an ET exclusive! "I cannot
believe how blown out of proportion one small part of a seven-page article
has become," Brooke says. "It's a classic case of a quote being taken out of
context. I look up to my father in every way. He has been through so much and
has taken the high road through it all. The idea that he would condone the
O.J. situation is just outrageous." In the Rolling Stone interview that
triggered the controversy, Hulk addressed his frustrations regarding his
divorce with estranged wife Linda Hogan, saying, "I could've turned
everything into a crime scene, like O.J. (Simpson), cutting everybody's
throat. You see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, sleeping in your
bed, with your wife. I mean, I totally understand O.J." On Wednesday, a rep
for Hogan made a follow-up statement to ET regarding the article: "Hulk in no
way condones the O.J. situation. As part of a larger conversation, he
referred to it to exemplify his frustration with his own situation." Earlier
this week, his estranged wife released a statement through her rep Gary Smith
that read: "Hulk thinks he can do whatever he wants, to whomever he wants,
whenever he wants. He is your classic narcissist who demands total control
and will go to ANY extent necessary to get it. His violent and scary mood
swings have been my nightmare for too many years. I hope for the sake of our
kids that he gets the psychological help for himself and the safety of
others."
American Idol’s Carly Smithson Teams with Evanescence
What do you get when you mix American Idol’s Irish belter Carly Smithson
and Grammy-winning rock group Evanescence? Evidently, a brand new band called
The Fallen. Smithson, who’s been compared to former Evanescence lead singer
Amy Lee (pictured right) since her Idol run on season 7, is joining three of
the four original group members. “We began looking for our soulmate, which
we were scared was going to take a long, long time,” founding guitarist Ben
Moody told the Los Angeles Times blog Idol Tracker. But they found Smithson,
who called the offer “pretty awesome.” “I’m excited to be able to
completely jump out of the box,” she said. “The Idol thing, you know, was
very PG, it was for a family audience … I’ve never been more happy than
being in this band.”
David Beckham Fined After Confrontation with Soccer Fans
David Beckham is paying the price for getting into a shouting match with
hecklers at a soccer game! The commissioner of Major League Soccer fined
Beckham $1000 on Friday following a verbal spat five days earlier between the
star and some rowdy fans, says the Associated Press. During the halftime of
an exhibition game, Beckham shouted at a group of fans who'd been heckling
him, daring them to come down from the stands onto the soccer field. The AP
says he even attempted to hoist himself over some advertising boards, but
secured stepped in. Police ended up arresting one spectator who left the
stands.
Ex-Miss California sues over gay marriage comment
Former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean has sued beauty pageant organizers
claiming she was wrongfully fired for saying marriage should be only between
a man and a woman, her lawyer said on Monday. Two months after her
controversial statement at the Miss USA pageant in April, organizers fired
Prejean saying she broke her contract by failing to make appearances on their
behalf. Prejean's attorney Charles LiMandri said pageant officials based
their decision to terminate her contract on invitations Prejean received for
events she was never required to attend. "There was a strained relationship,
and it became that way when she gave that answer and would not back off of
it. That's what this is really all about," LiMandri told Reuters. Prejean,
22, made headlines worldwide when she said she believed only men and women
should be allowed to wed in reply to a question by a gay celebrity blogger
and pageant judge. She subsequently was named first runner-up. In the weeks
that followed, she claimed the answer cost her the Miss USA crown. Her answer
came as political leaders across the United States were considering whether
to adopt or ban gay marriage, and she became a lightning rod of attention on
the topic. Prejean drew support from gay marriage opponents, and she angered
those who backed same-sex weddings. She agreed to appear in advertisements
opposing state laws allowing same-sex couples to wed, and she became a
fill-in host for television program "Fox & Friends," generally considered a
conservative show on the Fox News Channel. Topless photos of Prejean appeared
on the Internet and word spread that the pageant helped her pay for breast
implants. Pageant organizers initially retained Prejean, but in June they
fired her claiming she had violated her contract by not making appearances on
their behalf. Prejean's lawsuit was filed in a Los Angeles Superior Court.
LiMandri said she is seeking damages of an undetermined amount. Celebrity
businessman and TV personality Donald Trump, who owns the Miss USA pageant
with which Miss California USA is associated, was not named in the lawsuit.
Roger Neal, a spokesman for pageant organizers declined immediate comment.
Letterman Apologizes To His Wife
Disgraced talk-show host David Letterman has publicly apologized to his wife
for cheating on her before they were married. Speaking for the first time
since exposing an extortion attempt that set out to shame the TV personality
as a love rat, and confessing to a string of affairs with colleagues,
Letterman had a special message for his wife Regina Lasko during a taping of
his Late Show program on Monday. In his monologue at the beginning of the
show, he said, "She has been horribly hurt by my behavior, and when something
happens like that, if you hurt a person and it's your responsibility, you try
to fix it. "At that point, there's only two things that can happen -- either
you're going to make some progress and get it fixed, or you're going to fall
short and perhaps not get it fixed. So let me tell you folks, I got my work
cut out for me." He also apologized to the ex-staff members he has
inadvertently dragged into the scandal. Letterman added, "I'm terribly sorry
that I put the staff in that position... My thanks to the staff for, once
again, putting up with something stupid I've gotten myself involved in."
Tyson, Holyfield mix it up with Oprah
Mike Tyson wouldn't bite. not when Evander Holyfield called up expecting an
apology. Not when Oprah suggested he finally make things right. Still missing
a bit of that ear? But, really, what's there to say after all these years?
"This is a beautiful guy," said Tyson, holding Holyfield's arm Friday in a
tender moment that surely had millions of Oprah fans reaching for tissues all
over the country. "I just want you to know it's been a pleasure passing
through life being acquainted with you." Tyson may have disappointed Oprah,
who invested not one, but two, shows in the former heavyweight champion this
week. But boxers don't usually say they're sorry about much, and, for all the
soul searching Tyson has been doing lately, he still remains convinced that
biting Holyfield's ear was just payback for being head butted in their
infamous 1997 fight. Besides, apologies are so overrated these days, as
Serena Williams showed us at the U.S. Open last month. No need to show any
sincere remorse when there are no real consequences for your actions. Rush
Limbaugh certainly wasn't apologizing this week for any of the incendiary
comments he made over the years getting in the way of his bid to buy the St.
Louis Rams. Much easier to blame someone else, like his partner in the effort
and the media who were involved in "repeating the lies" about him. Limbaugh's
scorched earth policy probably made him feel better about the whole botched
bid, though it ensured he will never have any part of the league he professes
to love. Florida State wasn't apologizing either, even after the release of
NCAA documents that indicated one "student-athlete" on the football team had
an IQ of 60 and others were reading at the second-grade level. Coach Bobby
Bowden has been in the game long enough to know that you don't beat Florida
by recruiting a bunch of Rhodes scholars. Then again, it had to be a bit
embarrassing to find out that in place of requiring SAT scores for admission,
recruits only had to prove they could master the illustrated version of "See
Spot Run." And there were no apologies coming out of Mannywood, even though
Manny Ramirez hasn't been able to hit an inside fast ball since he returned
from a 50-game suspension for using a female fertility drug and is a big drag
in the Dodger postseason lineup. Come to think of it, Manny hasn't apologized
for anything, and probably never will. It might also be that few apologize
anymore because it's so hard to do. Just look at LeGarrette Blount's formal
apology for decking a Boise State football player, which either took him
weeks to prepare or was done by the University of Oregon public relations
department. And consider the plight of Australian golfer Robert Allenby, who
went off on Anthony Kim after he was beaten badly by the young American on
the final day of the Presidents Cup last weekend. Allenby called Kim the
"loosest cannon on that team" and said he was doubly upset because he had it
on good word that Kim was out partying until four in the morning and was
probably suffering from a bad hangover when he beat him. When it came time
for offering the obligatory mea culpa, though, Allenby didn't go on Oprah.
Instead, the PGA Tour issued a vague statement saying that maybe someone
might have misinterpreted something he said and that he and Kim were still
great buddies no matter what. Kim accepted the apology via a tour issued
statement of his own, then headed for Las Vegas, where the tour issued a
statement that he missed the cut. Oprah had to be expecting more out of
Tyson, who first appeared Monday to talk about his tortured life and choke up
whenever he talked about his kids. The appearance was to promote his movie,
which consists of Tyson talking about his tortured life and choking up when
he talks about his kids. Holyfield apparently saw it and called Oprah asking
that she host a program where Tyson could say he was sorry, Holyfield could
forgive him, and everyone could share a group hug. It didn't quite turn out
that way, though Oprah tried her best. "Can you feel the love people have for
you?" she asked Tyson at one point. The way Tyson was pouring his heart out
to Oprah he seems sorry for a lot of things he has done in his life. Surely
he's sorry that he can't fight off a bizarre compulsion to keep telling the
world about them. But apologize for biting Holyfield's ear? Sorry, not a
chance.
Rihanna: Going back to Brown after beating 'wrong'
Rihanna said Thursday that she regrets going back to ex-boyfriend Chris Brown
after he left her bruised and battered during a February assault, warning
other women facing domestic violence to not let themselves become blinded by
love.
"It's completely normal to go back. You start lying to yourself," the
21-year-old singer said on "Good Morning America" in her first TV interview
following the beating. "I'll say that to any young girl who is going through
domestic violence: 'Don't react off of love.'" Brown, 20, was arrested Feb.
8, hours after he was accused of beating Rihanna after the couple attended a
pre-Grammy Awards party. He later pleaded guilty to felony assault and a
judge ordered Brown and Rihanna to stay away from each other. In the
interview, Rihanna, who is no longer with Brown, said she was ashamed to go
back to him after the attack. "That's embarrassing — that's the type of
person I fell in love with. So far in love, so unconditional, that I went
back," she said. "That's not what I want to teach people." The attack
occurred in Los Angeles' Hancock Park neighborhood as Brown drove a rented
sports car. A Los Angeles police detective described a brutal attack in a
search warrant affidavit filed in the case, stating Brown hit, choked and bit
Rihanna and tried at one point to push her from the car. A photo of her
bruised face was circulated on the Internet. In an interview with Glamour
magazine, posted online Tuesday, she said about the leaked photo, "I felt
like people were making it into a fun topic on the Internet, and it's my
life." In her interview with "Good Morning America," Rihanna said she soon
realized that, as a role model to young women, her returning to Brown sent
the wrong message. "When I realized that my selfish decision for love could
result in some young girl getting killed, I could not be easy with that part.
I couldn't be held responsible for telling them, 'Go back,'" she said. "I
didn't realize how much of an impact I had on these girls' lives until that
happened," she added. "It was a wake-up call for me, big time, especially
when I took myself out of the situation." Brown's career suffered after his
arrest, with sponsors dropping him and radio stations refusing to play his
music. Both he and Rihanna had to cancel several high-profile appearances,
including planned performances at the Grammy Awards the day of the attack.
Brown has apologized to fans and has said he has repeatedly apologized to
Rihanna for the attack. In August, Brown said he was still in shock about his
actions. He also revealed that he called his mother, who was a domestic
violence victim, the night of the attack and broke down. ABC will air more
chunks of the interview on Friday's "Good Morning America" and then Friday
evening on the news magazine "20/20." Brown also will recount his perspective
in an interview to air Friday on MTV. Rihanna's interview coincides with the
debut of her new single, "Russian Roulette," from her upcoming album, "Rated
R." It's her first CD since 2007's multiplatinum "Good Girl Gone Bad." In
Thursday's interview, Rihanna said, "I am strong. This happened to me. I
didn't cause this. I didn't do it. This can happen to me and it can happen to
anybody."
ABC Cancels Another Adam Lambert Performance
As far as ABC is concerned, the controversy surrounding Adam Lambert still
hasn't cooled down enough for him to be handled. For the second time, the
network has canceled an appearance by the onetime American Idol favorite.
"Yes, sadly friends, ABC has canceled my appearances on Kimmel [1] and NYE,"
Lambert, 27, wrote on his Twitter account. ":( don't blame them. It's the FCC
heat." The singer's racy American Music Awards [2] performance earned the FCC
and the network thousands of complaints from viewers who thought his
homoerotic gyrations inappropriate for TV. ABC quickly nixed an appearance on
Good Morning America, saying his stage style was not suited for a morning
show – a move Lambert took in good humor. As for the latest snub from ABC,
he was still grinning and baring it – and looking forward to a gig on NBC
and New Year's possibilities. "I AM doing Leno though. And looking into
something for NYE," he Tweeted. "It'll all blow over. Let's focus on being
positive! :)" At this point, the openly gay American Idol star, who hasn't
waded into the charges that ABC is caving into homophobia, probably doesn't
want to hear advice from British actor Rupert Everett, who told the British
newspaper The Observer that he wishes he'd never come out. "The fact is that
you could not be, and still cannot be, a 25-year-old homosexual trying to
make it in the British film business or the American film business or even
the Italian film business," Everett, 50, says. "It just doesn't work and
you're going to hit a brick wall at some point. You're going to manage to
make it roll for a certain amount of time, but at the first sign of failure
they'll cut you right off." He adds: "Honestly, I would not advise any actor
necessarily, if he was really thinking of his career, to come out."

Courtney Love Loses Custody of Frances Bean
It's going to be a lonely Christmas for Courtney Love [1]. The ever-troubled
rocker has lost legal custody of daughter Frances Bean Cobain, according to
documents filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court. It's unclear what
prompted the legal switcher, though Love's closely watched Facebook page has
devolved in recent weeks into rambling, often in-comprehensive diatribes on
everyone from the trustees of her daughter's trust fund to Edward Norton [2],
Lindsay Lohan [3] and Britney Spears [4], the latter of whom, Love alleged in
one particularly incoherent recent posting, had been molested by her father.
In lieu of Love's parenting, the court tapped Kurt Cobain's mother and
sister, aka Frances' paternal grandmother and aunt, as her new guardians.

Judge Slams Person Suing 'Twilight' Creator
A sinister plot against "Twilight" creator Stephenie Meyer has been exposed
in court -- and it's all over an allegation that Meyer stole the idea for her
vampire empire from someone else! A judge slammed competing vampire author
Jordan Scott, claiming her accusation that Meyer ripped off a book called
"The Nocturne" was "deceptive" -- not to mention completely unfounded. Scott
alleged the wedding , consummation and birth scenes in Meyer's book "Breaking
Dawn" were suspiciously similar to scenes from "Nocturne" -- but the judge
ripped Scott, saying she had "twice manipulated aspects of the subject works
in order to create the appearance of similarity."
Sheen's 'beaten' wife mum
Charlie Sheen [1]'s wife has clammed up about her allegations that her hubby
assaulted her, says a Colorado police source. Brooke Mueller will no longer
discuss the alleged physical assault that landed Sheen in jail, TMZ.com
reported. When police reached out to the star's wife for an interview after
the alleged assault, she refused to cooperate, the Web site said. Mueller
also changed the story she originally told to cops on Christmas Day. Sheen
reportedly told cops that he was the victim of the Christmas dust-up -- that
he was simply "fending off" a violent Mueller. The "Two and a Half Men" star
was released from Pitkin County Jail late Friday on $8,500 bail. He was
charged with felony second-degree assault.

Angelina Jolie: Monogamy and fidelity are not essential
Despite playing house with Brad Pitt [1] for the past four years, Angelina
Jolie [2] has not abandoned her wild side entirely. The actress, who had the
reputation for being a wild child in her early 20s, says she doesn't think
monogamy is required for a healthy relationship and admits her fights with
Pitt can get physical. "I doubt that fidelity is absolutely essential for a
relationship," she told Germany's Das Neue magazine. "It's worse to leave
your partner and talk badly about him afterwords." The 34-year-old, who has
often denied sleeping with Pitt when he was still married to actress Jennifer
Aniston [3], said that this freedom applies to all aspects of the couple's
life together. "Neither Brad nor I have ever claimed that living together
means to be chained together," she added. "We make sure that we never
restrict each other." The woman who was infamous for wearing a vial of
ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton's blood also tells the magazine that her fights
with Pitt can get violent. "The sparks fly at home if the nice Brad fails to
see that he's wrong and reacts in a defiant way. Then I can get so angry that
I tear his shirt." The Hollywood couple has been together since 2005 and has
six children together, three of whom are biological. They reportedly began
their affair on the set of "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" when Pitt was still married
to Aniston. Though Jolie still maintains that she was not a home wrecker. "To
be intimate with a married man, when my own father cheated on my mother, is
not something I could forgive," she told Das Neue. "I could not look at
myself in the morning, if I did that."

Ellen DeGeneres: "I am Not Taking Paula's Place On American Idol"
Ellen DeGeneres has already set a few ground rules for her upcoming first
season as an "American Idol" judge. First on her list: Contestants shouldn't
talk back to her fellow panelist Simon Cowell. "When you give your feedback,
Simon, and somebody talks back to you, that's one thing that I just don't
think I would tolerate," DeGeneres said in her first joint interview with
Cowell in this week's issue of Entertainment Weekly. Not that he needs
someone to come to his rescue, but DeGeneres has preemptively offered to back
up her new co-worker. "It's unbelievable that people don't have any respect.
They go on a show, they know they're going to be judged, that's what the
entire show is about, and yet they tell you you're wrong. It's just rude and
disrespectful and not OK. So that's not going to happen on my dime."
DeGeneres, who will not appear on the initial try-out rounds of "Idol" that
kick off next Tuesday (January 12), told the magazine how she ended up taking
the fourth slot on the panel and why she doesn't feel like she's replacing
departed original judge Paula Abdul. "My manager and agent called and said,
'There's interest. Is there interest on your side?' And I said, 'Yeah!' "
explained DeGeneres, who will continue to do her popular daytime talker while
sitting in with "Idol." "I'm a huge fan of the show, but I didn't think for a
second, 'Oh, Paula's gone; now I'll do this.' It didn't even occur to me. I
was really surprised it didn't get out, because we talked about it for a
while." As she pulls double-duty, Ellen will have the advantage of inside
scoop on each ousted contestant, though she said anything that could
potentially hurt "Idol" will be off-limits on her talk show. "I don't want to
give anything away," she said. "And if someone's a real jerk, I'm not going
to expose them. I may change my mind if they really are a jerk."
Wael Kfoury Pays the Price of the Jealousy between Elissa and Najwa Karam
The relationship between Wael Kfoury and Najwa Karam is still sour, after it
had once been an example of good friendship. The Lebanese heartthrob has
managed to settle his problems with Rotana, but at the same time he lost
NajwaKaram’s friendship as this latter has confirmed she wants to have
nothing to do with Kfoury anymore as he embarrassed her in front of
Rotana’s president Salem Al-Hindy and didn’t show up as he promised in
the meeting she planned for both of them in order to settle their
differences, while he appeared in Elissa’s birthday and sat down to talk
with Al-Hindy then. People close to the superstars assert that the reason
behind this triangle’s entangled troubles is the jealousy going on between
Elissa and Najwa Karam, as despite their calm postures, the two Lebanese
divas were eager to obtain the title “Rotana’s Sweetheart” while trying
to fix things between the company and Wael Kfoury; but Elissa’s success to
ultimately do so, and Kfoury’s neglect for Karam’s initiatives have got
this latter furious, causing her to take the decision of ditching Kfoury’s
friendship for good regardless of his trials to make it up for her.
Madonna and Sean Penn's Chance Encounter
When Madonna [1] and Sean Penn [2] were spotted together at a tony New York
City restaurant on Thursday, rumors swirled that the former Mr. and Mrs. Penn
might be rekindling their romance. Not so, according to Madonna's longtime
publicist Liz Rosenberg, dismissing reports the pair, who divorced in 1989
after a stormy four-year marriage, lingered over a cozy, three-hour-plus
dinner at Adour at the St. Regis Hotel. "Madonna was at the St. Regis having
dinner with friends," Rosenberg tells PEOPLE. "Sean stopped by the table to
say hello. He sat for ten minutes and then left. Madonna continued with her
dinner. That's all it was."

Charlie Sheen-Brooke Mueller Hearing Delayed
A hearing this week in Charlie Sheen [1]'s domestic violence case has been
delayed two days because his wife Brooke Mueller had to have a wisdom tooth
removed, a source tells PEOPLE. "She has been ordered by the doctor to stay
in bed for 72 hours," the source close to Mueller says. Mueller's attorney
had filed court papers asking that she be allowed to attend Wednesday's
hearing in an Aspen, Colo., court by telephone, but the judge instead set the
session for Friday because the law requires both Mueller and Sheen to appear
in person.

Jolie/Pitt Not Splitting, Just Covering Their Assets
Angelina Jolie [1] and Brad Pitt [2] have denied reports that they're about
to split, while friends insist the media have mistaken a prenuptial agreement
as a signal they're separating.
The couple and Jolie [3]'s father Jon Voight have dismissed British tabloid
reports that they're no longer together -- rumors that have set the globe's
gossip Web sites alight. And insiders claim the story couldn't be further
from the truth -- the couple has allegedly signed a mega-million equivalent
of a prenuptial agreement, which will cement their relationship. A source
tells Life & Style magazine, "Brad [4] and Angelina [5] had a meeting with a
top law firm in L.A. in December, where they worked out terms of a legal
document similar to a prenup. "The couple signed the document in early
January. They agreed to share their money and assets and custody of their six
children, all of whom would live with Angelina [6] in the event of their
parents’ break-up. "They didn't talk to the lawyer about splitting, nor was
that ever mentioned at the meeting. Brad [7] and Angelina [8] aren't
splitting right now."

Lindsay Lohan: Sam Ronson "Never Raised a Hand to Me"
Lindsay Lohan and on-off girlfriend Samantha Ronson are finally agreeing on
one thing: The celeb DJ never abused the actress. Lohan, 23, is shooting down
RadarOnline's recent report that she's been telling pals that Ronson, 32,
beat, punched and choked her. "This is become a bit much," she writes on
Twitter. "Samantha R never raised a hand to me. I've never said she did.
Enough is Enough. Focus on more important world issues." Ronson replied
thanking Lohan for "clearing that up. The high road was giving me a nose
bleed! ;)." She then added, "To ANYONE who perpetuates this rumour accusing
me of being violently abusive after @lindsaylohan has denied it: I WILL take
legal action." But things are hardly rosy between the two. On Feb. 3, the
former couple, who first began dating in 2008, had a showdown at the Tea Room
at H. Wood in L.A. "Lindsay started screaming and throwing cigarettes at Sam
while she was deejaying," a witness tells UsMagazine.com. "Sam ripped her
laptop out of the wall and left."
