Kim Kardashian Spills Reggie Bush's Birthday Gift!
Kim Kardashian may have missed her boyfriend Reggie Bush's Miami birthday
bash last week, but she'll be there to celebrate with him in Vegas this
weekend. At the Old Navy Supermodelquins event at Guy's last night, the
Keeping Up With the Kardashians star even spilled what she got her man for
his big day. "This year, I got him a really nice watch," But Kim doesn't
exactly get points for originality with her gift idea, as she confessed that
Reggie got her a watch for her birthday as well. Kim also said her footballer
beau will be showing up a lot more in the new season of the show. "He's
gotten a lot more comfortable in front of the cameras," she said of her shy
guy. "We film at his house a lot." The new season of Keeping Up With the
Kardashians premieres Sunday, March 8.
Breakup In 'The City'
It looks like Whitney Port may be starting out next season single in "The
City." Us magazine reports the reality star and her rocker beau broke up.
"Whitney and Jay [Lyon] are broken up as of 'The City' season finale," show
creator and executive producer Adam Divello tells the mag. "There were a few
factors in their relationship that led to their split and fans saw those play
out on-air. As we pick up where we left off when the show returns later this
year, viewers will see what unfolds as we continue to tell Whitney's story."
For her part, Whitney says, "It's really difficult. Put yourself in this
position. It's hard to have an intimate relationship no matter what, whether
there are cameras there or not, so it's not the most natural thing. It kind
of speeds [the relationship] up. It takes a lot of the spontaneity out of
it."
Project Runway's Kenley Collins Arrested for Assault

Tuesday after allegedly attacking a male with a laptop. According to the New
York Police Department, Collins, 26, remembered by Runway fans for her brash
manner and 1940s style, was charged with two counts of assault, criminal
possession of a weapon and harassment after potentially striking a male in
the head and face with a computer. According to earlier reports from TMZ.com,
the reality star allegedly attacked her sleeping ex-fiancé with her pet cat,
water, several apples and the laptop. The Web site also reports that Collins
is currently being held in jail.
Audrina Patridge Set to Star in Her Own Reality Show
Lauren Conrad isn’t the only reality star over The Hills. Her costar
Audrina Patridge has her sights on her own reality show. Patridge has inked a
deal with Mark Burnett Productions (the company behind the popular franchise
Survivor) to star in a new series that will follow her personal and
professional life, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The show has yet to
find a network home. “I wanted to collaborate with the best possible team
for my first big project after The Hills,” Patridge tells PEOPLE. “Mark
Burnett really understands my vision and I am excited about the concepts
we’ve developed that will show people a different side of my life.” As
Patridge prepares to move on, MTV has yet to confirm a sixth season with
fellow Hills stars Heidi Montag and Conrad, who has also stated the upcoming
fifth season, which begins April 6 (on MTV at 10 p.m. ET/PT), would be her
last. With so many of the original stars moving on, what will happen to the
popular MTV franchise? “We cannot confirm a 6th season at this time,”
says an MTV spokesperson. “However, The Hills will continue as long as
there are stories to tell and as of now we don’t see an end in sight.”

Julianne Hough is making an appeal to her fans: vote for her and
partner/boyfriend Chuck Wicks this week! The two-time Dancing champ took to
her celebrity MySpace blog Thursday following her performance at Celebration
in Disney World to support the Champions of Children’s Miracle Network.

Connecticut. Then the two fly out early Saturday for Hough’s next show in
Mississippi. The bottom line: “hopefully you guys will vote this week, i

Britain’s Got Talent Spawns Instant Star
A British woman took her chances auditioning for “Britain’s Got
Talent;” little did she know her life was about to change. Susan Boyle’s
audition for “Britain’s Got Talent” has garnered over 50 million hits
on YouTube. Her shocking performance made her an instant star; she has
appeared on the cover of numerous British papers and was even invited to join
the legendary Oprah on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” according to BBC News.
Boyle appeared on “Britain’s Got Talent” on Saturday, April 11 and sang
in front of judges Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden. The
47-year-old was judged from the moment she stepped on stage because of her
unattractive features and quirky behavior. The judges and audience members
alike rolled their eyes and quickly dismissed Boyle of having any talent
before she even opened her mouth to sing. However, once she started to belt
out “I Dreamed a Dream” from Les Miserables, the looks on everyone’s
faces changed immediately. After only a couple bars of music, the crowd was
on their feet applauding the brilliant singer and the judges were in awe.
Boyle’s story is of defying the shallowness that some people possess.
Holden recognized that the doubt she and her fellow judges had before Boyle
started singing was “very cynical” and the performance was “the biggest
wake-up call ever.” Morgan admitted that he and the judges thought Boyle
would be a joke act that would give them all a good laugh, according to an
interview with Entertainment Weekly. In an appearance with Boyle on CNN’s
“Larry King Show,” he apologized to her for their negative attitude about
her when she first came out on stage. “I'm sorry because we did not give
you anything like the respect we should have done when you first came out,”
he said. Morgan said that Cowell, notorious for his judging on “American
Idol,” told him he’d never seen anything like Boyle’s performance in
his entire career, according to EW. There is still plenty to see from Boyle
as she still has to go through the semi-final and final competitions.
According to Morgan, there are lots of other great acts for this season of
“Britain’s Got Talent.” The pressure is on for Boyle who has tons of
support from fans. No matter how she does in the competition, she has already
made a name for herself in the entertainment world and even Morgan thinks she
will be able to do anything she wants.
Simon Cowell on Susan Boyle: 'I'm Thrilled to Bits'
"American Idol" curmudgeon Simon Cowell seems to be all smiles these days
when he talks about "Britain's Got Talent" overnight sensation Susan Boyle.
He praises the 47-year-old Scottish singer with an angelic voice in the new
issue of TV Guide Magazine, on newsstands Thursday, saying, "It's just the
most wonderful story." "She was sitting home a few weeks ago, all alone with
her cat, and no one's ever heard of her, apart from six people," says Simon,
"and now you've got 150 million people daily talking about her in America,
and people camped outside her house. That's incredible." Earlier this month,
Boyle wowed Simon and his fellow judges overseas on "Britain's Got Talent"
with her incredible singing voice -- an unexpected talent at odds with her
frumpy, eccentric appearance. Her performance has clicked north of 50 million
views on YouTube, and although she has yet to win the competition, Simon
thinks she's a definite star in the making. "It's one of the best pieces of
TV I've ever seen in my life," he says. "And that's why I love making these
shows -- something completely unexpected, something you couldn't predict. You
can't plan for it. I'm thrilled to bits for her."
Paula Abdul "Possibly Moving On" From Idol?
Ever since the addition of Kara DioGuardi at the American Idol judges table
was announced, speculation has mounted that the fourth judge's presence
implies a potential Paul Abdul departure. To hear producers tell it, though,
they were just looking for ways to change up the show. But in an interview on
Nightline airing Thursday, the "Forever Your Girl" singer does little to
dispel the myth. Coanchor Cynthia McFadden asks the petite star if she would
like to stay on the show or not, and, as is her wont, Abdul doesn't really
answer the question. "I love the show, I do," she says. "I love what I do on
the show, and I'm loving it more this season than ever. It's taken me a while
to get comfortable in my own skin with the show." Earlier in the interview,
Abdul, whose contract is up at the end of this eighth season, shares that she
only found out about the fourth judge on her way to the airport for the first
round of auditions, and Randy Jackson learned about it around the same time.
"I was surprised because Simon [Cowell] had always been against the fourth."
McFadden then asks Abdul if she thinks DioGuardi will replace her. "I don't
think anyone [can]," she confides. "First of all, Kara says, 'I could never
replace you.' And I said, 'Whenever there is change, it's not about replacing
anybody. It's about possibly moving on.' " Hmmm… In the meantime, Abdul
continues her party line that she and DioGuardi have no tension between them
and that she's happy for the songwriter's success. And, of course, she blabs
about her feelings on her frenemy, Cowell. "He's a bully, he's a masterful
bully," she says, admitting that he has the biggest ego on the show. "The
first day I went to work on season one, I quit seven times…I couldn't
believe that someone was actually getting away with crushing fragile kids."
Simon Cowell Predicts the 'American Idol' Finale
"American Idol" is down to the Top Five: Adam Lambert, Allison Iraheta, Danny
Gokey, Kris Allen and Matt Giraud. So which two singers will go face-to-face
for the finale on Tuesday, May 19? "I would put my money on Adam and Danny
... It is going to be Adam and somebody," judge Simon Cowell told ET at a
press conference for his NBC series, "America's Got Talent," premiering
Tuesday, June 24 at 9 p.m. "I would like to see Adam and Danny because I
think they are the best two singers, and at the end of the day that is what
should happen." This season saw the inception of a fourth judge -- Kara
DioGuardi -- to the "American Idol" panel and Simon says, "I like Kara. The
more I get to know her, the more I like her. You can't make the same show
forever. You have got to make changes because people will get bored. So
anything that promotes change, I will push for." Kara, who has written songs
for past "American Idol" winners, including Kelly Clarkson, is in the running
as the writer of the single that this season's winner will first record, but
Simon says it is not a sure thing. "She is certainly in the right place, but
it has got to be a good song," he points out. "We wouldn't guarantee it just
because it is her, but she is a great songwriter." Simon only has one more
year on his "American Idol" contract and he is seriously thinking of leaving
to work on other TV projects. So ET asked, "Is it a done deal, or can FOX
make him an offer that he can't refuse?" "Maybe I did speak a little too
openly in the beginning. I hinted at [leaving] and then people started asking
me questions. If you asked [FOX], they would say the same thing. We always
said there would be a finite time," he tells ET. "I have had a good eight
years. We never thought we would get beyond one season. I can honestly say it
is the best eight years of my life, but you get to a point where you go,
'Maybe it is time for a change.' It has got nothing to do with the
relationship with FOX, because we get along brilliantly. We haven't even sat
down [to negotiate]. I may be premature. They may say, 'We don't want you.'"
"American Idol" returns Tuesday, April 28 at 8 p.m. on FOX, when the Top Five
sing songs made famous by the Rat Pack.
Wife: John Gosselin's Behavior Has Added 'Tension and Stress'
The stars of the TLC reality show "Jon & Kate Plus 8" are speaking out about
tabloid reports alleging that Jon Gosselin has been unfaithful to his wife
Kate. Kate, 34, tells Entertainment Weekly she is upset with the reports,
which she says have affected her relationship with 32-year-old Jon. "It's
disturbing and unfortunate that these tabloids have gone as far as they have
to try and bring us down. Jon's poor judgment and irresponsible behavior has
also without a doubt caused some added tension and stress between the two of
us." In the early morning hours of April 18, a paparazzo photographed Jon
leaving a Pennsylvania bar with a woman who has since identified herself as
23-year-old Deanna Hummel, while his wife Kate was out of town promoting her
latest book, Eight Little Faces. For his part, Jon reiterated to EW that he
had not cheated on his wife. "It's really upsetting. I may be guilty of
choosing the wrong time and place to hang out with my friends, but I am not
guilty of cheating on my wife. It hurts me to see what it's done to my
family, and it's scary to know that these tabloids are in town constantly
following us and even paying locals large amounts of money to contribute to
these negative stories." "Our fans and the majority of viewers have been
overwhelmingly supportive, but when tabloids take photos and turn them into
something they are not, yes it definitely makes us hesitant to take photos
with fans and go about our daily lives," Jon says, adding: "We still want to
live normal lives." When asked whether the sensational reports will become a
part of their TV show, Kate said: "I think we will address the bigger
picture, regarding the very public focus on our family and the stress it's
caused in our relationship, but not necessarily any specific tabloid." "Jon &
Kate Plu 8" documents the lives of the Pennsylvania couple as they undergo
the joys and tribulations of raising their eight young children.
Susan Boyle Wins Sunday Semi-Finals
Scottish singing sensation Susan Boyle passed another milestone Sunday in her
quest to win "Britain's Got Talent," placing No. 1 in the first semi-final
round. On a live show aired in the U.K., Boyle, dressed in a stately lace
dress, sang "Memory" from the musical, Cats, and telephone voters thought she
was the best of Sunday night's eight acts. The winner of the current season
of "Britain's Got Talent" will be announced on May 30.
What's Next for 'Jon & Kate Plus 8?'
What does the future hold for TLC's reality stars Jon and Kate Gosselin? ET
sits down with the managing editor for Entertainment Weekly Dalton Ross to
get the inside scoop. "As long as people are watching, the show will
continue," Dalton says of "Jon & Kate Plus 8." The show's stars Jon and Kate
have been all over the tabloids for alleged infidelities that both have
denied. On the season premiere of last night's show Kate said of their
relationship, "very swiftly we turned into two different people." When the
couple was asked on the show what they think the future holds for their
marriage, Kate responded, "I wish I knew." Dalton says the couple's troubled
marriage may not affect the show and could drive ratings up. He thinks people
are "fascinated with how they're going to deal, not only with eight children,
but with 800 photographers." "Forget the day jobs, this is their career
move," Dalton says of the parent's decision to star in a reality show. "Jon
and Kate are a brand."
Susan Boyle Enters Safe House on Eve of BGT Finale
There's just one more day until Susan Boyle can justify her global
celebrity—and live up to expectations as the bookmakers' favorite—by
winning the finale of Britain's Got Talent. No pressure, though. After a
tension-filled week that saw the 48-year-old Scot—unflatteringly dubbed
"Ramboyle" and the "Hairy Angel" by her pals in the British press—unleash
an expletive-laced rant at reporters (and maybe a judge or two), reportedly
threaten to quit the reality hit and be publicly defended by the otherwise
caustic Piers Morgan, there's yet one more twist to Boyle's tale. The church
volunteer turned worldwide phenomenon has been placed in a safe house in
advance of tomorrow's show. "I want nothing more than to stay and sing in the
Britain's Got Talent final," Boyle said yesterday. "I've spent weeks
rehearsing—it's all I've been thinking about. I'm not going to throw away
my big chance now." Morgan confirmed that the "I Dream a Dream" songbird is
currently holed up with one of her close friends at an unspecified location
in London. She was previously put up by producers at the Wembley Plaza Hotel,
but her outburst days ago, followed by a similar breach of decorum when
police questioned her about the incident, led to the decision to transfer the
front-runner to a more discreet locale. The privacy comes in the wake of
public concerns about the singer's pressure-cooked state of mind, evidenced
by any number of headlines proclaiming she had gone "off the Boyle."
"Imagine, if you will, being anonymous for 47 years of your life, and then
suddenly being propelled into genuine world superstardom," Morgan wrote in
Boyle's defense on his blog this week. "The pressure from sudden global
success can be enormous. "Then imagine, too, having all this go on when you
are days away from the final of a competition that can make or break your
career and your life. A competition that everyone expects you to win, a fact
that in itself piles on even more pressure." Morgan went on to say that Boyle
had found it "very, very difficult to cope" with her sudden acclaim and had
even "been in tears many times during the last few days, and even,
fleetingly, felt like quitting the show altogether at one point and fleeing
all the attention. "I am calling today for everyone to just give her a
break." No doubt adding to her mounting pressure is fellow singing prodigy
Shaheen Jafargholi, a 12-year-old Welsh boy who is Boyle's biggest threat
going into the competition and whose odds to win the show have increased with
every one of Boyle's outbursts. Morgan himself praised Jafargholi after his
Jennifer Hudson-channeling semifinal performance Tuesday, saying it was "the
best singing performance we have heard in the semifinals so far." Boyle's
semifinal performance of "Memory" had taken place just two days earlier. Last
week, the ever-prescient Simon Cowell even declared on the show that the
final would not be "the one-horse race you are going to think it is." The
winner of Britain's Got Talent will be revealed Saturday.
Susan Boyle finishes 2nd on 'Britain's Got Talent'
She dreamed a dream — and it almost came true. Susan Boyle's reality show
journey ended Saturday with a second-place finish to a dance troupe called
"Diversity" on the final of the television show "Britain's Got Talent." After
the announcement, Boyle curtsied to the audience and gave them her signature
hip shake. During her finals performance, Boyle looked polished, wearing a
sparkling, floor-length gown. She returned to the song that made her an
internet sensation — "I Dreamed A Dream" from "Les Miserables." The winners
earned a 100,000 pound ($159,000) prize and the chance to perform before
Queen Elizabeth II at the Royal Variety Show.
Report: Daniel Baldwin to Replace Spencer Pratt
Guess jungle life isn't all it's cracked up to be. But not even helping
charity could keep Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt from getting out of the NBC
show I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here on the very first episode. And
now there's a surprise in store for remaining contestant Stephen Baldwin, 43,
according to DailyFill.com – which reports that his older brother, Daniel
Baldwin, is secretly in Costa Rica. Daniel, 48, is now poised to step in for
Pratt, 25, who twice threatened to walk off during the premiere episode with
his wife Montag, 22. A source also tells the site that Holly Montag has just
been put on a plane to Costa Rica to fill in for Heidi – reportedly
promising producers that she'll hang in there longer than her wimpy sister.
The show's rep at NBC could not be reached for comment. Reps for Heidi and
Spencer also could not be reached.
"Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert: "I'm gay"
"American Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert has told Rolling Stone magazine he is
gay, answering a question that followed the singer for months since he gained
millions of fans on the No. 1 U.S. TV talent show. "I don't think it should
be a surprise for anyone to hear that I'm gay," Lambert told the music
magazine in excerpts from an interview that were released on Tuesday. "I'm
proud of my sexuality," he said. "I embrace it. It's just another part of
me." The issue with Lambert on the cover hits newsstands this Friday, with
the full interview inside. During his "American Idol" run Lambert was known
for his falsetto singing, outlandish costumes, eyeliner and fingernail
polish. He was nicknamed "Glambert" and Entertainment Weekly magazine called
him "the most exciting 'American Idol' contestant in years." When he lost in
May's finale to the more buttoned-down Kris Allen, some fan websites and the
media buzzed with speculation that being gay cost him votes from viewers who
pick a winner. Lambert, who was widely considered the front-runner going into
the finale, had never publicly said he was gay. In March, when photos
appeared on the Internet of him kissing another man and dressed in drag, he
said only: "I have nothing to hide. I am who I am." His sexuality became an
issue widely covered in the media because "Idol," seen by an average of about
26 million viewers a week in 2009, had never crowned an openly gay winner.
The runner-up in 2003, Clay Aiken, hid his sexuality for years after his run
on the show, coming out as gay in 2008. The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against
Defamation, a group that advocates for homosexual rights, said it hopes
Lambert's "decision to live openly and honestly inspires gay people and opens
the hearts and minds of his fans." Lambert, 27, grew up in San Diego,
California, and starred in musical theater before trying out for "Idol" last
year. In the Rolling Stone interview, he said he had a "psychedelic
experience" at an annual festival held in the Nevada desert called Burning
Man, and that experience convinced him to try out for "American Idol." "I
realized that we all have our own power, and that whatever I wanted to do, I
had to make happen," Lambert told Rolling Stone. Lambert also revealed a
crush on Allen, who was his roommate for much of the two singers' run on
"American Idol." "He's the one guy that I found attractive in the whole group
on the show: nice, nonchalant, pretty and totally my type -- except that he
has a wife," Lambert joked.
Susan Boyle shines in return to BGT tour
Scottish singing star Susan Boyle was met with rapturous applause as she took
to the stage in Glasgow on Monday night, defying new fears for her health
sparked by her withdrawal from a show the previous night. Boyle, a
48-year-old church volunteer whose frumpy appearance hides a soaring voice,
sang her signature tune "I Dreamed A Dream" from the musical "Les Miserables"
as part of a tour of the talent show that made her famous. There were doubts
as to whether she would perform in the "Britain's Got Talent" live show in
the Scottish city after she pulled out of an event in Manchester,
northwestern England, on Sunday night. Two weeks ago, Boyle was rushed to a
London health clinic suffering from exhaustion. Her treatment followed her
defeat in the talent show despite a global following on YouTube. However, her
fans in Glasgow were not disappointed last night. "I thought she was
fantastic. She brought tears to my eyes," said 39-year-old Audrey Hinde. "She
didn't seem under pressure at all." A clip of Boyle singing "I Dreamed A
Dream" is now one of the most watched ever on YouTube.
Does Katie Holmes Think She Can Dance?
Is Katie Holmes taking the stage on So You Think You Can Dance? Reps for the
FOX show will neither confirm nor deny that Holmes will strut her stuff this
season in a Broadway number choreographed by SYTYCD judge Tyce Diorio, who is
known for his colorful and difficult numbers. But one thing is for sure:
Holmes has met with the show’s executive producer Nigel Lythgoe on more
than one occasion. “They had a couple meetings,” Lythgoe’s rep tells
PEOPLE. “He meets with people all the time.” The rep also notes that
Holmes uses the facilities at the CBS studios where the show is taped to
rehearse when she’s in town. “She’s on Broadway,” the rep adds, “so
she dances.” Holmes, who appeared in the Broadway revival of Arthur
Miller’s All My Sons, was recently photographed at the studios in Los
Angeles, clad in dance gear. Her husband Tom Cruise and their daughter Suri,
3, were also recently spotted at the studios.
Seacrest, Lohan Collaborate on "Meaningful" New Reality Show
Ryan Seacrest has met with Lindsay Lohan to discuss a new reality series that
will help people whose lives have taken a wrong turn. "Met with Lindsay last
night about a show idea I have for her," Seacrest said via Twitter on Friday.
"It helps people and gives others a second shot! Still putting it all
together." In addition to hosting American Idol (see related Q&A), Seacrest
executive-produces such series as Denise Richards: It's Complicated and
Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Lohan herself tweeted about the "really
great project," describing it as "something meaningful like [ABC's Extreme
Makeover: Home Edition]." "I am excited!" Lohan wrote. (Follow TV Guide on
Twitter.) Neither party elaborated on the exact concept of the show — and a
rep for Seacrest did not immediately respond to TVGuide.com's request for
further comment — but a source told TMZ.com that it would involve giving
people whose lives are on the wrong track a cool million dollars to right
themselves. Lohan, in turn, would serve on a panel of judges determining
which hapless individual would best be suited by the life-changing endowment.
Jessica Simpson returns to reality T.V.
It has just been confirmed that Jessica Simpson will travel the world in
search of what people consider to be beautiful as the host of a new VH1
reality show called “The Price of Beauty.” Jessica Simpson, who came
under scrutiny back in January after she had gained a few pounds then
performed on stage in a pair of jeans that made her look, frumpy, for lack of
a better word, understands what it’s like to go from having people think
she’s perfect to chubby and unappealing. The singer says she was fascinated
by the whole thing as she stood firm that women do not need to be skinny to
be beautiful. Apparently VH! thought that Simpson’s attude during the
ordeal qualified her as a prime candidate to host the new reality show. In a
statement released Monday, Jessica Simpson said: “I am really looking
forward to discovering how beauty is perceived in different cultures and
participating in some of the crazy things people do to feel beautiful. I know
we will all learn a lot on this journey and I am so excited that VH1 is
coming along on what I’m sure will be a wild ride.”
