A part of OSN Network Channels, it is broadcasts to Arab world due to partnership with Discovery Communications Network.

 It is provides documentary programs, focused primarily on popular science, technology and history.

The programming for the main Discovery network is primarily focused on reality television themes, such as speculative investigation, also features documentaries specifically aimed at families and younger audiences.

Discovery channel sisters are: TLC, Animal Planet, OWN: Operah Wihfrey Network, Planet Green, Investigation Discovery, Discovery Fit & Health, Military Channel, Discovery Science and Discovery Velocity.
