Report: Kiefer Sutherland and Designer Resolve Issues2009-05-23

Kiefer Sutherland may soon be out of legal trouble regarding an alleged headbutting incident in New York.

The Associated Press reports that Sutherland and clothing designer Jack McCollough have resolved the issues between them, which could clear the way for charges to possibly be dropped. A rep for Sutherland told the AP that the actor "regrets that McCollough was injured."

On May 7, Sutherland was charged with assault in the third degree for allegedly headbutting McCollough at a nightclub earlier that week.
