Denzel Washington Opens Up About John Travolta2009-06-05

ET was with Denzel Washington at the red-carpet premiere of his new movie 'The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3' on Thursday night in L.A., and Denzel told how his co-star John Travolta is doing.

"He's doing as well as can be expected, under the circumstances," Denzel told about John, whose teenage son Jett passed away in January.

'The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3' opens in theaters next Friday, June 12. In the film, Denzel faces off with John with a subway train full of hostages' lives in the balance.
