Friends Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock Spend New Year's Together2011-01-04

Sandra Bullock, 46, and Ryan Reynolds, 34, are both single in 2011, and 'The Proposal' co-stars were spotted celebrating the New Year together.

Bullock and Reynolds were seen enjoying themselves with friends at Sandra's restaurant Bess Bistro in Texas over the holiday weekend, a dinner they have annually with the same people. The two have been pals for over 10 years and an ET source says it's nothing more than a friendship.

Reynolds filed for divorce from his wife of two years, Scarlett Johansson, this past month, citing irreconcilable differences, while Bullock filed for divorce earlier last year from her husband Jesse James.

ET spoke with Reynolds in June 2009 about his bond with his 'The Proposal' co-star. "I had the most incredible fortune to be working with a dance partner like Sandra Bullock," Reynolds said. "I've known her for about nine years so you don't often get a chance to do a film like this with your good buddy."
