Sandy's a Manhattan Mommy2011-02-11

Sandra Bullock was out on the town in NYC with her best man on Tuesday. The "Blind Side" star held her 1-year-old son Louis Bardo close as she navigated the streets of Manhattan. Sandy was sporting a black coat and a gray knit beanie, while her adorable little boy was all bundled up in a cream fleece jacket, brown fleece booties, and a multi-colored cap.

According to PopEater.com, Bullock is helping to prepare her 6-year-old stepdaughter Sunny, whom Bullock co-parented with her ex-husband Jesse James, for the new mom who's about to enter her life -- James' fiancee Kat Von D.

"Sandra loves Sunny with all her heart and will always be in her life," a friend of the actress told PopEater. "However, she also knows that [Sunny] will have a new mommy soon and will do whatever she needs to do to make sure Jesse's new wife and Sunny have a great relationship even if that means taking a step away. She has given that sweet child nothing but love," the source adds. "As difficult as this will be, once again Sandra will prove what a lady she is."
