Brand of SJP's charity bag is revealed2011-06-11

The designer handbag Sarah Jessica Parker donated to a Donegal charity has finally been revealed. 

Earlier in the week, it was reported that the bag, which was donated by Parker to the Donegal charity 'Killybegs Women's Group', would cost the average working person a fortune to buy.

Although the group hoped that the description of the bag could be kept under wraps and even stored it in the local Garda station, they gave into pressure yesterday and revealed all.

According to The Star, the bag is a Paco Rabanne 'Le 69' creation worth €1,500.

Speaking to the newspaper, group spokesperson Anne McSharry said: "Since the story broke our phones haven't stopped ringing. It is unbelievable the interest the bag has stirred."

The handbag will be raffled off at a fund-raising event on July 15th.
