Howard K. Stern's Arraignment Continued2009-04-07

ET has confirmed a Los Angeles court has pushed the date of the arraignments of Howard K. Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich after they were charged with three felony counts of conspiracy to furnish the late Anna Nicole Smith with drugs.

Superior Court Commissioner Kristi Lousteau continued the arraignments of Stern and Eroshevich until May 13.

Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor face additional charges for writing fraudulent prescriptions. Kapoor is also scheduled to be arraigned on May 13.
