The series revolves around the conflict between good and bad through a series of cherished memories of Kuwaiti culture and society over the years before oil was discovered.
It begins with displaying the nature of attached houses in the neighborhood where neighbors were closer to brothers and people lived in proximity to one another in terms of social relationships. Old memories are showcased up until the discovery of oil when gulf societies begin to engulf change that affects their life. It shows the direct effect of materialism on the everyday life and relationships of people in the gulf.
