    A state police anti-drugs-bust training meth-lab explosion reveals a body of an adult male in the fourth decade of age. It seems to correspond to inventor Paul Stegman's absent, recently turned-up father Jim, an addict, last seen by Paul's ex-business partner, Mike Campbell.

    Within the investigation, the corps related to a conman Anthony Pongetti, who was tortured. The real Paul's corps was shot and found at sea near a naval base. He stole Jim's identity, fooling even the family. The case becomes complicated because of many reasons related to drug cash and family.

    Bones and Booth fly to China, for an archaeological examination, during the flight a body is cooked to death is found in the microwave. It’s related to a reporter on the flight.

    Sweets gives Bones' editor a name for her last article and tell him that her next article subject will be pilot alcohol abuse. The Smithsonian team must help with forensics on transmitted data, before the Chinese authorities get jurisdiction after the plane lands.

    Two young female Siamese twins’ corpses are found on the Texan-Oklahoman border, making it an FBI case. Investigations identified them as the missing circus jugglers, joined from the hip down.

    Booth and Bones go undercover, as Russian knife thrower and his assistant. They are coached by Sweets, who knows the circus world from a previous search for his father.

    A corpse turns up in a frozen lake, related to fire fighter Pete Carlson whom Booth is banned to the ice-hockey bench due to beating him up because he hit his 'fragile' teammate Wendell Bray.

    Booth is technically the first suspect in this case.' Bones' team officially works with agent Payton Perotta, who actually has grudge to Booth. Sweets helps examine the key and solve the mystery of the case.

    Three members of the Jeffersonian team are officially suspected of stealing FBI evidence concerning the gravedigger, who once buried both team members alive.

    The team aborts Bones' award gala after the fiend sends a coded message: he has captured Booth and will asphyxiate him in a coffin within 24 hours unless the evidence is paid as ransom.

    Now Hodgins admits he has it, but convinces the others to try first 8 hours to identify the monster.

    Horrible back-ache keeps Booth bed-ridden. Sweets, Hodges and Fisher enjoy helping agent Perotta and Bones in the investigations instead of Booth’s absence. Undercover and dangerous parts and toad blood pushes Hodgings to trace the sword.

    the plunge. The squints soon determine the identity of the victim. But
    discovering the cause of death presents interesting dilemmas as the
    Jeffersonian's alarms go off with each test they try. Bones tries to

    Rock Creek a Wildlife Park keeper finds tiger is eating a large adult. He's identified as Cam's ex, Dr. Andrew Weldon, so she takes an exceptionally active part in this investigation. The victim was drugged and killed during his work at the hospital of that zoo, which Sweets reconstructs by hypnosis.

    There is many possible motives include Weldon's infidelity, his complex relationship with his daughter Michelle and his refusal to grant a major benefactor's gifted son Dr. Rick Annenberg a hospital post which Rick’s wants.

    During a photo shoot, a human ear and frozen corpse remains are discovering. Inside the remains some gold and a fragment of a meteor are found. This supposed to be kept in Washington’s space research center, lead by Landis Collar, the boss of the victim, physicist Diane Sidman.

    Suspects list includes her graduate students, Milton Alvaredo and Jennifer Keating, plus Diane's lovers, including direct superior and successor as research periodical editor, Dr. Christopher Beaudette. Diane's corpse shows a confusing history before and after her mysterious death.

    A mechanically crushed body in a recycling plant is found, related to Meriel Mitsakis. The victim had experimental plastic toe surgery, as final touch for a life long-planned perfect wedding with Mike.

    Tracing her wedding dress, Booth and Bones see Sweets' bossy girl, crazy Daisy, being fitted for one, presumably with her fiancé. Against Booth's and the others' advise, Bones ends up telling Sweets.
